Dear Diary,
"Yummilicious" a.k.a Yummy+Delicious, a brand new topic started of in Malacca when my family and I went back during the June holiday. I know that it's kind of outdated since it happened a month ago, but Malacca is always best known to be the Yummilicious state in Malaysia ................. by me. Hey, c'mon la! I gotta support my hometown ma~
Highly recommend reader to eat before scrolling down, herewith exclude any liability of loss of property i.e. computer in used due to uncontrollable over-flowing saliva... Scroll down after you've done sufficient prevention~
So, when we were in Malacca, we ate a lot... When we were having our breakfast, we'll think what should we have for dinner; when having lunch, we'll think about our dinner... And that's why when papa asked "What do you want for breakfast/lunch/dinner", we don't need time to think. So, here come's the pic...
Day 1
A MUST eat wantan mee...
There are 2 places famous for this which are
Kampung Lapan and Bukit Cina.
Day 2
Mee Rebus for breakfast...
This is actually my first time trying mee rebus, FOR REAL!!!!
Not really my taste anyway, so we'll just move to the next pic~
Here is Malacca most famous
Klebang Original Coconut Shake
Just look at the crowd, we've waited for 10-15mins
and the crowd just don't seems to reduced,
ever-so-much people...
Pic shown are the original coconut shake (RM1.80)...
If you ordered the Special Coconut Shake, you'll get an extra
scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of your drink with only RM0.40 difference.
Guess who we met?
Mama Lee Mei, who came up to Malacca for a camp...
Totally a cam-sensor, I didn't even cue her~
We ate Bak Ki a.k.a Yam Rice with Pork Meat Soup,
where its shop is near to Jonggle Street...
Even a yam-hater like me, also LOVE the rice...
It's... it's... it's...
Aiya, very hard to describe la. you gotta try it out for yourself!!!!
Even A Xian also came and recommend this food a~
Deeper Discovery of Malacca
Papa drove us to a few places that we've never went before and I took a few picture of it. It's such ashame that I, as a Malaccan has not been to these places before...
Opera House, where people at my grandma's generation watch movie here...
Remember when you watched old Chinese movie and there are scenes where
people with thick make-ups bring a heavy-looking sword, circling the stage
singing and making the 'chiang, chiang, chiang' sound?
Hope these pictures reminds you...
This is where the Buddha sami lives...
You can hear them chanting from outside...
Here come's my finest piece during the holiday...
A breath-taking view and strong-algae smell of
Sungai Malacca
It was so FUN when we shouted 'Hello' to the tourists on the boat, they shouted back...
Day 3
Daddy went to repair the NAZA and so after a long wait,
we decided to have our lunch w/out him...
We walked to a Badminton Squash Court where is very famous for their
Nasi Lemak and Ikan Bakar,
and yes, it didn't dissapoint us~
~See you soon~
